Which data and why

From the inquiry form we process your name, e-mail, phone (if provided), dates, number of guests and your message. We use them only to answer your inquiry and, if applicable, to conclude a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps prior to entering into a contract).

How long

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Stay records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Who we share it with

The form sends an e-mail via an e-mail delivery provider and the website is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We measure traffic anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses. If we add cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection. Just send us an e-mail.
