Swimming and water sports on the lake
A pebble beach right by the area. Summer on the water means swimming, paddleboarding or kayaking and evening walks along the shore.

Cycling around Liptovská Mara
The cycle path around the lake runs on the flat and through villages - ideal for a family trip with stops for a swim and ice cream.

A Celtic hillfort above the lake with a beautiful view of the water. A short trip, easy with small children.

The cable car from Jasná up to Chopok, hikes in the Western Tatras or a trip to Štrbské Pleso. Liptov is the perfect base.
