How much does Tatralandia cost?
The standard ticket is the full-day Aqua Ticket. It covers the pools, the water slides, the Caribbean Kid’s Island children’s hall, Tropical Paradise (Tropický raj) and parking. The sauna area is not included; you pay for it separately.
For 2026, the price list on Tatralandia’s website gives these Aqua Ticket prices (all prices are in euros):
- adults (18-59): €39
- juniors (12-17) and seniors aged 60+: €33
- children aged 6 to 11: €29
- children under 6: free
Treat these figures as a guide. Tatralandia uses dynamic pricing, which it calls Flexi. Prices change depending on the date of your visit, how far ahead you buy, how busy the water park is, the weather and the season. You will only see the exact price for your day when you buy on gopass.travel. Gopass is the online ticket shop where Tatralandia sells its tickets; you buy through your own Gopass account.
When buying, one simple rule applies: online is cheapest, the self-service machine costs more and the ticket desk costs the most. The summer 2025 price list, valid from 27 June to 31 August 2025, shows this nicely:
| Aqua Ticket, summer 2025 | Adults | Juniors, students, seniors | Children 6-11 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Online 2 or more days ahead | €39 | €33 | €29 |
| Online the day before or on the day | €41 | €35 | €31 |
| Self-service machine | €41 | €35 | €31 |
| Ticket desk | €43 | €37 | €33 |
For a family of four with two children aged 6 to 11, that meant a difference of €16 between the ticket desk and buying online at least 2 days ahead. If you know which day you are going, buy your tickets in advance while you are still at home.
It is also worth keeping an eye on the Current price lists section of Tatralandia’s website, where pre-sale offers are published. In autumn 2025, for example, Tatralandia sold a limited number of tickets for €24 for all age groups between 25 August and 15 September. They were valid from 16 September to 21 December 2025, except from 25 October to 2 November. You did not choose a date when buying: before your visit, you activated the ticket for a specific day in your Gopass account.
Opening hours in summer and autumn
Tatralandia is open all year round; only the opening hours change.
- Autumn 2026 (from 1 September 2026): Sunday - Thursday 10:00 - 20:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 - 21:00.
- Summer 2026 (from 20 June 2026): daily 9:00 - 20:00.
In summer the seasonal slides open as well. Of the 30 slides and chutes, 6 run all year. In summer 2026 the slides in the Raftaria zone (Crazy River, Roller Coaster, Triple Splash, Free Fall, Double Bubble and Double Fall) only ran from 12:00 to 19:30 between 20 June and 17 July. After that they ran daily from 9:00 to 19:30. If you are coming in early summer mainly for the slides, check what time they open.
The water park may have different hours on public holidays, for example on 8 May 2026. So have a look at the Opening hours page before you set off.
What’s included: pools, slides and Tropical Paradise
All year round, 10 pools with salt, thermal and fresh water and 6 water slides are open. In summer there are 30 slides and chutes in total.
The year-round part also includes Tropical Paradise. It is an indoor hall with a translucent roof and a guaranteed temperature of 30 °C all year. Palm trees, coconut palms and banana plants grow inside. The Barbados bar divides the water into four pools: two with fresh water and two with salt water, which is saltier than the Black Sea. Behind the pirate ship there is a snorkelling pool for children.
Parking is included in the Aqua Ticket, so you pay nothing extra for your car at the water park. From our log cabin it is 2.5 km, about 5 minutes by car.
Celtic Sauna World
Celtic Sauna World is a separate zone with 21 steam, water and massage baths, saunas and treatments. On top of the Aqua Ticket you pay €14 for 90 minutes, and every extra minute costs €0.15.
- It is a swimwear-free zone. You get a cotton towel at the entrance.
- Children under 6 are not allowed in.
- Children aged 6 to 12 may only come in from 14:00, for a maximum of 3 hours and only with an adult.
If you want to visit the saunas together with a school-age child, plan it for the afternoon. The morning is for the pools and slides.
With small children: what to bring
Children under 6 get in free, so a family with a toddler only pays for the adults. For the youngest, the Caribbean Kid’s Island hall is open all year, with a children’s pool, a play area and a children’s traffic playground. In Tropical Paradise, older children can go snorkelling behind the pirate ship.
With small children there is no need to stay all day until closing time. It is just 5 minutes by car from the cabin to the water park, so you can easily go in the morning and come back at lunchtime for a nap.
What to pack:
- swimwear, flip-flops and a towel,
- swim nappies for babies,
- a phone with your Gopass account if you are buying online,
- a bathrobe if you are planning to visit the sauna area.
When to go for smaller crowds
The price of the Aqua Ticket also depends on how busy the water park is. That makes the calendar on Gopass a good guide: a cheaper day is usually a quieter one.
It is busiest during the summer school holidays and at weekends. If you can, go on a weekday outside the school holidays, ideally right at opening time. In the ski season, bear in mind that on days when skiing conditions on the slopes are poor, the skiers head to the water park too.
What to combine it with
If you cannot decide between the Liptov region’s two water parks, have a look at our comparison Tatralandia or Bešeňová. We have also written a separate guide to Thermal Park Bešeňová, which is 16 km from us, about 20 minutes away by car.
In winter, Tatralandia goes well with skiing at Jasná; there is more about that on our winter in Liptov page. Families will find more summer ideas on our summer at Liptovská Mara page.
After a day at the water park you can warm up in our log cabin by the fireplace or in the infrared sauna. We are a local host and nobody pays us for our recommendations.
